"We have no obligation to make history. We have no obligation to make art. We have no obligation to make a statement. Our obligation is to make money."

- Don Simpson

As contract developers our priority is to produce games that meet your business needs. To get you the right product at the right time, we focus on:

Delivering on time
We deliver on time and to the full agreed specification, every step of the way. We specify milestone deliverables in detail, we stick to the specifications, and this keeps the project on schedule from start to finish.

Eliminating risk
We specify milestones aggressively, tackling areas of risk as early as possible. We use working practices that emphasise code-solidity, to catch bugs before they cause problems, and we allocate extra testing time for troublesome areas like battery-backed RAM and multiplayer, to avoid nasty surprises during submission.

Designing for flexibility
Like it or not, when you specify a game you're predicting the future, and predictions can be wrong: media prices can rise or fall, markets can change, and you need to be able to respond. We always aim to code flexibly and keep an operating margin of machine resources right up to Beta, so we can make the changes that matter to you.
